Climate in Sevastopol is moderate. Humidity is
high.
Winter is
mild and wet - it’s rarely snows except at our hills. From
November to February temperatures average from 0 - +5. Usually Fabruary
is the coldest month in our city. It might be snow and the temperature
can get - 10C.
To stay cosy and dry, you’ll need warm clothes, a raincoat
and umbrella. Waterproof foot wear is always a good idea.
Spring starts in April
and lasts till the mid May. The weather is sunny and warm. The average
temperature can reach 20C. I think that the middle of May is the
best time to come here because the city is the most beautiful with
its view by blossomy trees and bushes.
Summer is very hot and
in July. The average temperature rises up to 35-42C. The temperature
of the sea water is 25C. So these months are favourable for those
you like bathing and lying under the caressing sun.
Autumn
on the coast is very mild with summer-like weather
often stretching into October. By November the air turns crisper
in the mornings and the leaves have started to fall. This season
is very rainy so do not forget to take the umbrella and the waterproof
footwear.
