Q. Will you come to meet me at the airport?
A. Of course I will but you should let me know when you are coming
at least 2 days in advance.
Q. Will you reserve an apartment for me?
A. Yes, when you send me a deposit and e-mail me what kind of apartment
you would like to rent and how much money you are ready to pay for
it.
Q. Will you send me an invitation letter for me to get
a Visa?
A. I will, as only you let me know when you are going to come and
how long are you going to stay here.
Q. How can I book apartment for 1-3 nights?
A. For bookings of 1-3 nights we don`t provide reservation of certain apartment in advance.
Why?
Due to many foreign visitors expected in Sevastopol during all year and not so many apartments available, landlords prefer to
make reservation in advance on long terms. Even they reserve apartment for 1-3 nights and then somebody else will propose
them more long term, they prefer another reservation and say “no” to you.
What can We do?
You should just call us not long before your arrival and we will accommodate you at the best available apartment. Price and
address of apartment we will know only at your arrival date.
Q. Could you tell me what is permitted to bring to Ukraine
A. one person is permitted to bring
-vodka product 1 liter
-wine 2 liters
-tobacco products 200 cigaretts (or 200 grams of these products)
-beer 2 liters
-food product to the sum not exceeding the equivalent of 50 EURO
Q. What language do people speak in Sevastopol?
A. Russian
Q. What s your time gap?
A. The time in Sevastopol is ahead by 2 hours of the Greenwich mean
time. From the end of March up to October there acts the summer
time.
Q. I have looked through your database but no of the listed apartments fits my criteria.
A. Advise me by E-mail, what type of accommodation you want, the duration of your stay, how much you wish to pay. I will respond by E-mail, c/w photos of what we could find, and the total cost. Please note that such search might take up to 7 days to satisfy your desires.
Q. How can I change or cancel my booking?
A. If you wish to cancel or change your booking after you put up a deposit please notify us about your changes as soon as possible. In this case the paid deposit is not refunded.
Q. Will you provide me with other services during my stay in Sevastopol?
A.Yes, we will provide you with a transfer, interpreter, meeting arrangements with a ladies, tour-guide and etc.
